Matt Vandart
But removes the stress raising characteristics of putting welds in the middle of a tube.
Davetrials
Have we got a weight for the new zoot yet?
Revolver
We have considered producing higher end frames with bash fittings or no bash fittings as options but added to all the brake options which operate, it becomes a nightmare. Just make them without altogether, lol. Think most people use a ring nowadays.
Matt Vandart
I like having a bash plate............
ogre
bash plates are ace, if you use them properly i can't wait for the 26" version of the blade
AdamR28
bash plates are ace, if you use them properly What, not at all? The 'proper' use of a bashplate is the same as a bashring, so in my opinion you might as well just have a stronger, lighter frame without a bashplate mount and fit a bashring instead. Mark W
We're in the process of doing a bunch of photos and potentially videos of the new Onza bikes, so hopefully we'll have a Zoot built up that we can weigh ASAP...
craigjames
I know Andrei was saying at the weekend he's getting some new Tensile forks which sound really nice from the description, but he wasn't sure if they were a one off for him or not. Are you looking to produce them any time soon, would be a nice alternative, especially as I've managed to crack my Urbans after 2 months! Mark W
The Zoot weighs 10.92kg, just for your information... Got some more photos of the 20" bikes on the site now. Still really like the look of the Pro...

Mark W
I hope the top tube/seat tube join's going to be nicely reinforced if that kind of angled join sticks around...
cai
The seat tube and top tube look to be the same tube, just bent where the seat stays join. Why would it need reinforcing? Or was this not what you ment?
Bigman
He ment the Seat Stays and the top tube (i think) It is a very sharp angle, The kortz 1 frame was similar and when the frame is being ridden the frame flexs around that join and the seat stays effectively push into the top tube and then they crack. The angle would be better if it was reduced significantly. Adam
