Matthew62
For 24'' i think Diety 2014 risers are beautiful. You don't just have to look at trials bars.
Mark W
Trialtech High Rise bars are a bit higher though, and a bit wider so they give you a bit more scope for setting them up to your liking. Not super keen on the relatively low upsweep on those Deity bars though, but on the whole you're right about not having to stick with trials bars. Anyways, I've got the High Rise bars on my Echo and they feel really good. Got a pretty short and high stem on and they give it a nice, BMXy feel whilst not being too non-trials. We've built up a few mods with them and they feel good too, it seems more people are going for them nowadays. Not seen a pair on a stock yet, but no reason not to I guess. craigjames
I think that's what I don't like about my current set up, I've got some 50mm rise Truvativ Holzfeller bars and they feel flat compared to the Monty bars I have on my stock. Think I'll be getting a set next month after pay day
Mark W
Yeah, the position trials (and street) riders run their bars kinda messes up the manufacturer's geometry in a sense, so a lot of DHery bars won't really be all that nice. I'd kinda like it if my High Rises had a fraction less upsweep, but that's just 'cos I'm used to how my BMX bars feel which is 1° up and 12° bar, so pretty radical compared to trials geo...
