chris4stars
how did you put them on in the first place? id say take them off...give them a decent wash in soapy water...clean your bar ends and get any grease or other residue off, then when its dry, enjoy the long and calus forming task of putting them back on! if they are anything like the trialtechs, they are a sod to get on when clean/dry but they dont move in the slightest
Peter Wright
Anything got cellous in there will stick them. Clear laqure spray paint, hairspray, 3m spray mount. If you clean it as has been said then spray it and leave somewhere warn to set off over night sorted

AlexxRogers
Have tried putting tar on your bar, then putting your grip on? I do this with my rubbers and they don't move at all, they don't even slide up the bar.
craigjames
Clear lacquer or hair spray has always worked for me. Tar should be banned from trials bikes.
LukasMcNeal
Clear lacquer or hair spray has always worked for me. Tar should be banned from trials bikes. Clear lacquer works a treat and you'll only need a very small amount.
Vincy
deoderant works reasonably well, but i always find hairspray works best, sainsburys sell a big can of hairspray for like 37p so if you havent got any at home then its not too expensive to buy. You get the grip on a little bit then hit the end with the parm of your hand slowley it will go on much better and hopefully wont come loose. Borat
Tar. Or get yourself some new bars... as The anodising seems to hold the grips well. My new t-tech bars and new t-tech grips dont budge one bit. And no water or anything used.
Ben John-Hynes
My trialtech grips moved a bit, i cleaned them and the bars. When it was all clean it actually took me an hour to get them on. I'm not looking forward to getting them off!

Mine are anodised, if they slip worse on smooth bars I'm glad I don't have any I woke up late today so didn't get time for a ride before work will get some hairspray tomorrow instead Maybe I can make myself look utterly FABULOUS while i'm at it? /gheyness
crofty1244
even if you've got like a car garage or something near your house just nip there and ask to borrow their brake clean that works like a gem for me. Mine slip about quite a lot when I ride. They're the monty ones hi, i found that a small amount of puncher glue works really well, just let it dry out befor using them or else your grips will spin.
