Disc Brake Problms

I am haveing some problms with my disc brake it seem to be rubbing all the time. I have set up the back wheel and check the pads and they or fine my disc brake is a rear Hope Mono 160mm i got it from tartybikes about 3 weeks agoit is on a monty 220 kamle frame please help. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?product_id=10302&category_id=12

If its all the time, then the rotor may not be parallel to the mount. In this case the mount needs to be faced.

You could have a sticky piston that is causing one pad to drag on the rotor .

The caliper needs to be moved away from the rotor and centralised ( this should be relatively easy to spot ) The rotor should be runing back in the middle of the cut-out in the caliper.

Have you ever pulled the lever without the disk being in between the pads?

I have fix it now it was my wheel it was not set up right thank for helping me.thumbsupanim.gif

I have fix it thanks it was my wheel it was not set up right but thanks for helpingthumbsupanim.gif
