Jake Beach
If its from your cranks its most probally your freewheel skipping.
ogre
is everything tight? when you get the click, do your cranks jump or feel strange when you pedal? have you checked for a snapped spoke?
Trials Punk
Try checking your bar and stem aswell. Make sure that all the bolts have got equal torque applied to them, or look at the angle of the clamps to determine which bolts need to be tighter. PeanuckleJive
Is it definitely a click or a quick creak? If you're still using the original cranks, Which i'm guessing are square taper, the BB might be screwed. Mine used to do it all the time when I had them. Upgraded to Echo ISIS cranks and not a sound since if you can't afford to upgrade, try stripping your crankset and looking for signs of wear, then stick it back together making sure to grease where necessary and properly torque up your crank bolts
