Rockman Manus =]

Got this lot on tuesday. Swaping the parts over from my monty was a bit of a hassle but i managed to sort it out for the weekend and it rides great, Really happy with it!

Maybe needs to be a bit higher up the front end but ill probably get used to it.

The spec is pretty much Monty + Manus besides the rockman rotor on the rear, trialtech grips/pedals, ENO freewheel, tryall snail cams, echo lite bash plate and a cheap headset.

Thanks to tarty bikes for the great service! ^_^

Awesome, I see you got that rear hub in there, how hard of a fit was it? Love the Monty spec.

2 spacers on each side of the axle then 6 spacers on each caliper bolt.

2 pedal washers on each pedal to stop the little bit of pedal rubbing on the frame and a 2.5mm ish BB spacer to stop the drive side crank rubbing.

I tried a 5mm one but then the none drive side rubbed <_<

looks beautiful.... is it just me or is this another Manus without the M on the downtube ???

Urm no this is rob's frame that he sent back to tarty bikes after discovering it was missing the M. I got a few pennys off.

Beautiifful, i love all of the rockman manus' pictures on here

the one question i have about the manus frame: what happens if you get dirt/grit in the headtube? wouldn't that destroy your headset quite quickly?

grit in my anus???? Havent heard of anyone having any problems with the headtube cutouts.. Quite a few frames seem to have them now.

Looking good ! do you ride bradford much ?

wouldnt mind having a bash there oneday :)

EDIT : just seen your from guisley, is it any good there ? looks good when i drive threw ?

do you do tyke trials ?

Rode there yesterday. Some good stuff to ride. Old fire station is fun.

Guiseley is great. Lot of things to ride. Great fun for a small group ride.

Sunday will be my first tyke trial!

Nice nice bike. But all of manuses seem to be looking alike. Ether orange-white or orange-silver.

ANd I don't really know why are you having problems with cranks rubbing the frame, because I don't.

With Reset BB and Monty cranks I have a lot of space between a crank and a frame...

Ill agree with you there. I think its because the frame colour is so bold. If there were many more bold colours going on it would look pretty awful. Id like to see someone try though!
