Shy D.
Hi guys! Just wondering to save some additional weigh and looking on my new rear Hope Trials I thought that could minimize its weigh by using kevlar based hose. Is there any experience on how does it work, better or worse than SS version, stiffer or not? My first Hope Mono Trials been supplied with kevlar hose but brake has been manufactured in 2005... And keeping in mind that all Mono Trials breaks has bouncy levers it's rather difficult to catch a difference in a hose work. Your help is kindly appreciated! Edited February 14, 2010 by Shy D. davey1991
If your looking to save weight then the kevlar will bethe way to go, you may need to replace it more often as its obviously going to be easier to damage.
