Tighten Mod Echo Rear Hub?

Right, Just had everything out of my Echo hub, it wasn't running too smooth and was slightly loose. I put it all back together, exactly the same as it was, but the axle is really loose. I've tried hammering the bearing in further, tightening the wheel... No luck. I understand the hubs are pretty poo, I've had one before and that came loose too, but sold it on.

Any help on what to do would be appreciated.

sounds like your bearins have collapsed and hammering em probably aint done them any good, if its not that then f**knows

Nope bearings are sound, I thought of that, so took em out and checked em, nothing wrong. Axles not wobbling up and down, its like side to side if you get me

right just a thought maybe your bolts are locking out on your axle before they'r getting a chance to tighten on your frame ??, if its that then you can just whack some spacers in there
