Jonny Jones
Right I know Macs very rarely get virus's and stuff but does anyone use any checkers just in case? Can you link me to any free good ones? cheers I've had my Mac (PowerMac G5 Quad) for over 4 years now, at no point have I been worried about a virus or anything like that. There is completely no need to even want a piece of software to check for them, basically because nobody bothers writing viruses for Macs. If they do, or somebody finds a weakness in one of the programs or in the OSX architecture, Apple know about it and release a security patch and is downloaded via the Software Update No need to worry dude! spaceman
Unless you also run Windows on your Mac (via Boot Camp or Parallel), you have no need to worry for viruses. However, you could try iAntivirus. It's free. My link
The Hitcher
Mac Scan. You can download the free trial, do the scan, then if you ever want / need, not that you should, just re download the trial.
