The 'Frenchie'.

I can already 'frenchie' but lacking the confidence at the moment. Just wondering what different techniques people use? I know some people that use their front brake etc...

Steve Winder preforms some of the best swaps/frenchies I've seen.

Yeah winder is awsome at them, first person i seen doing them, dont think he rides much now.

When i do them i aim to bash my front wheel onto the rail so you get more pop out of it and it pops you too your back wheel! I have a few 'frenchies' in my new vid soon ;)

Never really got the hang of doing it completely brakeless but one thing to remember is that you can't loose your momentum. It's essentially one movement from the moment you jump up to landing on the rear wheel.

When it comes to frenchies though, that rider in the first post has nothing on this guy:
