If you're talking about the chainstay one there's numerous places that sell those. But like the downtube protector, you can also make those out of most anything as well. The fact that I spent loads of money on a bike and I dont wana scratch it to pieces, obviously it's going to happen else where, but might as well protect it as much as possible. There used to be a make of one called "Amourdillo" which velcroed on like a chainstay protector, and had rods inside to give more physical protection and rigidity.
