rab shropshire
Does any know a guy called David Cassidy from Falkirk? I bought some parts of ebay from him and he is refussing to send them to me as he wants more money for them. I have reported it to ebay but they are not really doing anything, It would be great if someone had a number for him or an address, so i can get it all sorted. Thanks

Thanks You've got a contract with him for the amount the item went for at the end of the auction so he has no right to ask for more. Remind him of that and the fact that you are in the right so ebay is on side with you. If that doesn't help start a dispute if you haven't already. craigjames
So the lads been too tight to put a reserve on it or start it at a higher price and now its gone for less than he wanted he's crying? really he needs to suck it up, ship it out to you and get on with it. Start a dispute, it's all you can do. Be ready to get a refund and walk away with nothing more. Can i ask what you bought and how much for? Can i ask what you bought and how much for? yeah it was a disc rotor a set of used echo pads and a used bash ring and it went for a tenner including postage, but as soon as the auction had ended and i had paid he relisted it with a buy it now price. i have explained to him that we have a legal binding contract but as i said he is ignorring me now
Jake Beach
What was his other feedback like?
JT!
Send him a email telling him frankly that you know that you won the stuff really cheap and you can understand that you'd want more money for them. Advice him that in the future he should use buy it now, a starting price or a reserve and request your money back seeing as though he's relisted the item. Then when you do get your money back, bad feedback and report him to ebay.

PaRtZ
people who cant use ebay deserve everything they get coming to him I remember years ago Tom Johnson managed to win like a DMR rhythm frame for something stupid like £5. He paid through paypal straight away and the guy refused to ship because it was so cheap. Pretty sure he got ebay involved and did the contract of sales stuff and got it in the end... Seriously, you have every right to that stuff. and if hes relisted it, hes relisted YOUR stuff, hence it could be classed as stolen?
