Pretty good/interesting documentary. i haven't seen "tim's vermeer', but 'secret knowledge' by david hockney is about the same thing (and possibly one of the inspirations for 't's v.' ) http://imdb.com/title/tt0387965 hockney is a super-amusing character Edited September 24, 2016 by jeff costello
JT!
Tried watching Tims Vermeer but it just didn't hold my attention, didn't make it much past 15 mins.

Rusevelt
Always wanted to see the original 1976 flick over the 2005 remake. Didn't disappoint even though the ice-cream van sequence at approx 33mins, was pretty shocking to see. Rusevelt
This film looks like a serious must watch by this new trailer..
bikeperson45
Managed to go to a media screening of La La Land last night and it was incredible. I'd completely recommend to anyone, maybe even if you don't like musicals but if you don't maybe watch some clips first
Paperclip
Sausage party was shit, I streamed it and felt like I had been done over. looking forward to Dr Strange, John Wick 2 and Jack Reacher 2. Has anyone watched the Undisputed series? I'm mostly looking forward to Boyka! Scott Adkins is pretty underrated in film world. Hard Target 2 was alright. Finally Final Destination 5 I think must have been straight to DVD the story line was good and instead if you being shown how things are happening it was more a "when will it happen" which made for a good film. Graphics sucked! Would put you off laser eye surgery though Edited October 25, 2016 by Paperclip
isitafox
I can't get excited by Doctor Strange with no previous knowledge of it, I think that's where Marvel are starting to go wrong by making movies of absolutely everything they can think of!

Kept seeing the poster which intrigued me and I'm glad we went for it. Next one for me is gonna be Hunt for the Wilderpeople!
Dman
It was OK not as good as captain fantastic. Have you watched Room? @isitafox
craigjames
I thought Sausage Party was pretty funny, exactly what I expected it to be. Was a little disappointed by Star Trek beyond, just wasn't as good as Into Darkness Nice guys was good. Not watched anything that's come out for a while and thought "shiiiiiiite that was good!". Apart from Star Wars.
JT!
I over hyped the latest Star Wars in my head so much that I look back on it as pretty meh. I'm looking forward to the next episode, hopefully they'll focus on new characters and idea and not rely on old ones.

J.KYDD
Watched 'The Big Short' last night. Great film, but also bloody terrifying. Especially as I'm in the middle of buying a house ATM! Also watched 'The Nice Guys' a few days ago. Loved it, very clever, very funny face-value comedy

I do wish they'd put a little more effort into the duels, the wands connecting was so supposed to be rare in the books but apparently it happens all the time in the movies. Ross McArthur
Went to see it last night but all the showings were chocka with school kids so sacked it off. Only had 3 seats left right down the front left hand side in the showing we wanted. f**k that.
