ogre
t-pro over the t bird anyday of the week, it's got fantastic geometry for a starter frame! ideally go for the comp, but if not the t-pro is still a fantastic bike for the money... Nick Melson
T-pro!!!! Was the best riding frame iv ever had.
monty-james
Yeah, id go for a t-pro. Ive had friends who have rode Onza t-pros and they are pretty good for a starter bike; nice long frame which makes it easier to balance on your back wheel whilst you are pedal hopping, its also quite a light onza in my opinion. So, my opinion is get the T-pro!

monty-james
Sorry, i should have specified. I meant when i have had a go on a T Pro and a T Bird and the T Pro is a longer, better feeling frame in my opinion.
Luke_zoo
Ive had a T-pro once if I had the chance I'd go back for it .
anzo
I expected this thread to be full of people picking out the spelling mistakes...suprisingly not, which makes a nice change. I recommend the T-Pro; you can pick them up fairly cheap brand new, and even second hand although I find most second hand ones can be a little bit battered about. They're a great beginners bike - they either tend to be updated and sold on as a good bike, or abused if the rider loses interest in the sport and it takes a backseat in the shed. I loved mine; I also has a Monsterboy, and I'd have the Pro frame over that; so it just goes to show that the price doesn't exactly make a nice frame. If you pick up a standard one, I'd recommend changing the forks and alter the drive side of things - They're Front Freewheel as standard and I had nothing but hassle with it, it certainly helped me out. thinkdougie
can I ask why does it have to be a onza?
konstant
can I ask why does it have to be a onza? Value for money? I've also ridden the both the Bird and the Pro. Both are quite short, but the T Pro is definitely a nicer ride. The T Pro also has HS33s as standard, which makes it an easy choice.
Borat
can I ask why does it have to be a onza? Because onza are cheap and plentyfull. I much prefer my t-pro frame to my 06 python!
RazGman
my cousin has just got a tpro quite old 06-07ish but still looks brand new been looked after well, he gave 150 for it including postage, front disc back hs33 really good bike in my opinion, the only mod i enjoy riding
Revolver
I much prefer my t-pro frame to my 06 python! Hahaha, get another one then
Matt Vandart
T-Pro
Revolver
They're particularly good for the younger rider because theyre cheap (even cheaper second hand), and the fact they've got a nice geo, that's not extreme, and it's not long so the smaller/youger rider can fit it better. Maybe if I had bought a later t-pro instead of my 2002 one, then I'd still be riding mod

t-comp-kierz
The t-pro is a good bike but the onza blade is much better and rides nicer and it good value for money
