ogre Posted January 25, 2010 Report Share Posted January 25, 2010 (edited) just a thought for a thread, if you find an epic bargain for biking gear on the interwebs post it in here, but make sure you include search tags as well as a link. everyone loves a bargain. vee brake pads 6 quid, for 2 pairs (probably only useful for front brakes where you don't need epic performance) search tags: Vee pads please don't spam me try to avoid one offs like ebay, unless theres a few products on buy it now, try to focus on the disposables in trials? Plus you could always pop up any links to ebay bargins which people may be interested in, would be good for the newer members, even if they haven't been validated, as I'm often scouting ebay for various parts and sometimes a great full setup will come up for sale which would be perfect for someone new to the sport. Conti only make folding versions with black chili and the RRP is £50 not £30. So they will be the lower quality versions made in the far east with a crap compound.
