nyoli
who cares? if cousts work for you then whats the problem? Maybe somebody // I don't know if they work for me because I don't use them It's strange for me that he doesn't use a product that has his surname and is developed by him (If I'm not wrong). Isn't for you ? And it's even more strange for me because I don't know about anybody that prefers koxx browns before cousts maybe they're a prototype
N.Wood
Not really, I prefer browns over Cousts, and I agree, what does it matter if he uses his own pad or not? He has done for years, just because theres one pic of him not using them, it doesn't mean anything.
315r
I saw his bike in past world championship in Ripoll and he was using Coust, like 3 or 4 top rank riders... Giles, Giacomo, Bealey, Hernance... Edited January 20, 2010 by 315r
cai
It's strange for me that he doesn't use a product that has his surname and is developed by him Both are good pads, one has his last name on the label, the other is made by his sponsor's, Koxx and Try-all. I'd be more surprised to see him go against his sponsor and pick the Cousts. I don't know about anybody that prefers koxx browns before cousts Koxx browns are quite possibly the most favoured pad around! They work amazingly in the dry and wet, and somehow last for so long no matter what grind you put them on. Perfect pads for me

Canardweb
I just spoke to Gilles and told him about that topic! He was making something for a french tv channel, nothing huge... He will just appear to the news. If he rode with try all pads, it was just to test them, nothing more!
