Ash-Kennard
Pretty sure lenard had one in one of his vids. Also the ThinkBikes display team do that shit on the reg so look vids of them up. lol. not everyone knows who leonard is simps. btw he means me. its not about starting with speed, its about conserving momentum. pump your front tyre up first. nice n hard. and you have to properly throw your hips into it. once you get to about 180 as normal you have to keep the weight balanced whilst rotating. its tricky to do. but eventually you will learn when to push the bike into rotating further. ive managed a couple of 540's now. obviously pointless but they look pretty whack
Filo
ive been doing them for a while now.i found that you need a harder front tyre pressure to help while you learn. i cant give any pointers, its hard to explain, just pump yoour tyre up. check out my video its got one in it. go to 1:42 and you will see it. Ali C
I dont think a hard tyre is that important. I always try to do the endo really steep, almost like you do the 180 and end up so steep that you basicly just fall the last 180. Practice doing 180 endos but ending up steep enough to do front hops. you will need to turn your bars mid pivot too, this is just timing and practice is your best bet...you will soon be doing 540s!
