Mental Training And Visualization, Sharing Some Thoughts

For quite some time, I had been thinking about how exactly mental training works for me. B)

Trying to put this into writing was not really easy, as it often sounds a bit esoteric, or a loony kind of topic.

It will probably make more sense for those of you who have been riding biketrials for a while, but let me know what you think. :-

It's all in your head!

I actually really liked what you have put down here. Lets face it, if you don't think you can do a move, you're more likely to not make it. We all get caught up in it sometime, but the mental state of thinking positive, and a way out of a bad experince or ride, helps tremendously. Thanks

Actually, probably something along these lines!!! :giggle: Cesar Canas often used to insult himself, or shout to himself, you can Cesar! you can! This made the comps quite funny to watch.
