Yeah, there should be an insert/ spacery thing with the extractor to use it with an isis bb. Goes over the end and the screw pushes against it.

what side does the spacery thingy go ?? same side or opposite

because i had the problem of the extractor not reaching the other side of the bb

i no i sound dumb

but i just dont understand these things .

i just ride the things hahaha

thanks for the help though it is appriciated (Y)

What!? It's never going to go that far!

The spacer should go inside the thread of the crank and sit on the bb axle, this is shaped to fit with the part of the extractor that screws in towards the axle and pulls the arm off. So just sit it over the screw-y bit level with the end of the threads on the extractor, screw the extractor into the crank arm and the get a big ass spanner on the end of it to tighten it up, it'll come off no problem.

What cranks/BB is it? On ISIS bbs you can sometimes get away with 2 5 pence pieces used as wedges to push the crank puller against. Try and find someone who knows what they're doing.

yarp. just take the crank bolt out, put a 5p in its place to cover the hole, screw on the crank extractor.
