anzo
Better off getting hold of a USB drive, backing up all the shit you want. Then get a copy of whatever Operating System you're running and doing a fresh installation - its the best, and probably quickest way to get rid of crap on a computer (: Don't forget to back up your drivers too! JD™
He means operating system, i.e. Windows XP or Vista or 7, Linux, Mac OS etc. My guess is you're running some form of Windows, so get hold of your install disc and boot into it. Google 'reformat windows pc', should give you everything you need
Danny
Look through the disks that came with it. It should have come with a 'restore' disk of some description. The manual will tell you how to use it.
Token
Rather than start a new thread, can anyone help me with my problem? I've just installed Windows 7 on a Sony Vaio VGN-CR19VN. Went to the Sony support website to get some drivers, and installed the driver for the UPEK Biometric Fingerprint Scanner. It installed fine an is in the device manager as working correctly, however I just don't know how to use it. There are no settings in Control Panel Security settings or anything to use it, and when I scan my finger across it, it does nothing. I had a look on the UPEK website, and I can't see any software to use with it, just drivers everywhere. If anyone can point me in the right direction it'd be much appreciated. Cheers. Token
Got it sorted, needed to download a program called 'Protector Suite QL' for anybody that ever runs into this problem. Don't need to type passwords anymore
