dandadude
Usually the whole point of the bearing being sealed is exactly that. You dont need to grease it as the bearings etc are sealed in and all with its own grease. And just a tip to help you get validated quicker you may want to proof read your posts for spelling etc

Skippy
Packing the headset and steering tube with grease wont harm the performance i do as it acts as a sealant against water etc.
craigjames
Why would you ever grease a sealed bearing headset? It will likely cause more harm then good, collecting dirt in the headset and causing premature wear. Your certainly shouldn't ever grease a steerer tube before installing a headset. Borgschulze
Greasing the outside of a sealed bearing is common practice.Often reduces creaking sounds if they start to appear.I would only grease integrated headsets though, as removing the bearings of a headset in which they are pressed in is more hassle than it's worth most of the time. Not to mention the fact that if the bearing is pressed in, it's unlikely that it's creaking.
