Muel Posted December 26, 2009 Report Share Posted December 26, 2009 Yes, trials uses the back muscles a lot, especially the lower ones I find, it'll take a while for them to build up. I do lots of "cheater crunches" (hands behind your head, chin on your chest, just roll you shoulder blades up off the floor)This will also speed the recovery of your back.
