cruisercrazy
I started about two years ago, at age 44. At 46 I don't try as much crazy stuff, but I seem to be able to hold my own in Sport class. And I'm still progressing! I'm looking forward to many more years of riding, and learning as well as adding to the number of great people I've met on a goofy bike with no seat. Thanks, Duane

Mark W
Turned 23 two days ago - it's all good I ride BMX and trials, and it's both fine really. My brother's 3 years older than me and is awesome on his BMX, and some of the best BMXers out there are in there later 20's. Age doesn't have to be a big issue as long as you're reasonably fit and healthy.
idlehans
Sat at my computer watching trials videos on youtube for a few hints and tips and it suddenly occurred to me that all of the people riding in the videos are around 13-18years of age, SO I'm testing the water to see actually how many riders on here are 23 years of age or more? please add to this by stating age and location really i just don't want to feel like the oldest person on here haha Don't worry dude,i'm 37 1/2 and a couple of guys i ride with aren't far behind either

ketas44
I'm 25 well 26 in couple of months actually Picked trials back up at 24 after a 8 year gap and my fitness improved miles, doesn't it really mater what age you are as long as you love it
Nick Manning
I'm 25 from Woking. Been riding trials for 11 years. Ride stock, but I rode mod for a year back in 2006. There's plenty of riders here over 23 that still ride loads.
kaybs41282
Me! 28 Actually, I say that I feel more like 58 at the moment! I used to ride trials when I was 17/18 then started again last year. The bottle has gone and everything aches! Injuries take longer to heal but I certainly appreciate my riding more now that I can't just do it at the drop of a hat due to family commitments! Gone are the days of riding for the whole weekend
monkeyseemonkeydo
27 and been riding for about 12 years. Am better now than I've ever been although I don't necessarily do as silly things as I used to but still go bigger dimension-wise. Well, 29 in a couple of weeks and still riding and still enjoying it .
OAP
38 and I ride in Lancashire. I ride natural mainly because i do feel a bit old to be riding the streets!! Dabbled in and out of trials for years and just got back into it in the last year. Spent the last 20 years climbing and riding motocross. But tendon injuries finally put a stop to climbing and the bank balance the motocross. I run my own business and try and get in a least an hours riding a day, more on my day off. I also run and do yoga to try and keep nimble... It puzzles me why there are not more older riders. It would surely be better for the sport all round and better for the retailers/manufacturers. I know BMXers (racers and freestyle) who are in their 40s.

Kwizera Simon
31 I am living in Kigali, Rwanda. I am a downhiller really but have been riding and racing for about 18 years. I am just waiting to get a new trials bike and get it shipped over here. The natural scene here is pretty cool. Although there are some fairly good man made structures too.
