Also can anyone tell me what to expect from this bike! Many thanks.Trialserboi.First tip: Get a new bike. Second tip: Start with normal hops on the back wheel. Third tip: Once you can pedal hop try doing drops. After that do what ever you wan't. Thats how i learnt to do things (apart form the new bike bit). luke2405
Start off small and work your way up.Alot of useful techniques can be done on curbs and small walls.I would also suggest checking out youtube there are some tutorial videos and some inspiring trials riding. Lord Banks
Don't sh1t on his bike man, its a decent bike for someone starting out. Don't get all high and mighty you little tool.
BvP
Whichever move you are learning, try to find some pallets and work you way up, or a slanted wall if you have one around. Watching videos is a good way to visualise techniques but training is as important.Good luck!
kamikaze1988
I've recently got back into trials after quite a substantial break. I found just a couple of bits of 2x4 wood are handy for practicing balancing. Especially as i live in university halls and just so happens my hallway is perfect when its raining. Skilled trials
If i was you i would practice your pedal kicks. Best way to do it is by putting your wheel onto a wall or an object around knee height and hop backwards. Once your at that stage you can practice pedal kicking. This will take a while but will be worth it! Good luck buddy

Good luck buddyThis is sound advice, given by the guys mentoring me also.Another "trick" is sitting on the edge of a picnic bench with the rear wheel beneath your bum, and you feet on the pedals. then, just stand up. Voila!! I was balancing on my back wheel!!!Cheers!!
