Echo Tr Brake Clamps

Hi evreyone!

I'm thinking about buying Echo TR clamps due to weight and improvement of stiffness.

But i'm wondering about the safty of these clamps.

Indeed , these clamps doesn't work with washers and the inside of the clamps is completely slick.

My fear is, if the bolts become loose, the cylinder can slips. I assume it can be dangerous if it happens during i'm riding.

So my question is to Echo TR clamps' users: did it ever happen to one of you? Is my fear justified or not?

Thanks.

Umm...

In what way is it different?

For example there is a differcne between the tray cnc ones and the echo.

The try all have "slots" (sorry don't know if it's the relevant word) and th echo Tr are completely slick, that's why i assume in this case the cylinder can slip if the bolts become a bit loose.
