Morgan's New Onza Limey3 20in

Recommended Posts

After breaking both his kamels in the last month, Morg's new beasty is the Onza Limey3 (20"). From what we're told its the 1st production model in OZ ....and the world?

He just got the frame, so we've built it up quickly with parts from J9'S spare (old) XTP and his buggered Kamels. A temp measure just to try the bike out and get a feel for bar height and fork length etc. After a brief ride Morg liked the bar/stem arrangement so he picked up some new Rage bars and 30 deg stem today. We fit up a Tryall bash plate but will have to come up with a rubber packer to go between the frame and plate.

Will end up with Hopes front and rear and new (lighter/wider) rims. He wants to try some 165 cranks as well. First impression was it felt quite flickable and very different feeling in the front to the Monty, but really comfortable on rear. Next couple of days sorting it will be interesting. We'll make a vid and I'll pass on his thoughts.

Really like the look of that, not sure on the colour, but i'm sure it'll look better with some decent colour rims (Y)

Agreed. Tonight we fit black rage bars with a silver stem, laced a black TrialsTech rim in the rear and it already looks heaps better. We have black hopes to be fitted up as well so it should turn out OK.
