Reet i'm looking to buy a camera. I don't really want loads of extra bits and settings im just looking for a camera with the best possibly quality both in the image (pixel wise) and good colours which you can loose on bad cameras. Atm looking at two camera's but if anyone has any suggestions of others would be much appreiciated :)

Has anyone got/had this? How good is it? Also does anyone know what (free)editing software its compatible with?

This one comes with free editing software so thats not a problem, it also looks nice but is it worth the extra money?

Yea any help on those two or any other cameras in that price rangeish would be great :)

I belive thats the one Andy-B uses for all his vids?

You can use Windows movie maker to edit anything, my camera films in a wierd format, so downloaded some free converting software (like 1st hit on google) to get it to .wmv and edit it for the converted files.

You got a link to any of his vids? How much does it reduce the quality converting files though? I tried it once whilst filming on my digital camera and made it awful :( and does it take a lot of time to be converting? Thanks for the quick reply :)
