gu trials
is it a long or a short frame ? seems like a short either that or you are bigger than you look on the pic , i would possibly try a longer frame/ higher bb rise frame and then if you stil look like a giant on a mini then go stock Edited November 21, 2009 by gu trials
Simpson
How does it feel? You can kinda answer the quesiton for youself only. If you feel cramped and get back pains then yea it probably is too small if not dw. Getting a stock is a totally different kettle of fish. Roughly 41in I think. I'm 178cm tall (70inch). I rode a stock that had quite a high bb (an Onzy or something) it felt way more comfortable than mine haha. Its just so expensive to buy bikes though . I'm having major cravings for a 24" too, could be better to just sell my czar and get a 24 haha. How does it feel? You can kinda answer the quesiton for youself only. At 5'10 your not massive for a mod, I'm 6 foot and have ridden loads of short frames, (monty ti 07, 05, adamant short X2, Koxx XTP 05 short and probably a few others) I found them a tad uncomfortable but liked how they rode, best for you to nabb other people bikes on a ride try it out, if your dead into TGS i would suggest getting a barge, I loved the 2 KO MK1 longs I had, and love the feel of the older Pythons like the baby pitbull is perfect! Am going to a comp on the 28th so will be able to ride peoples bikes then. If I win a free frame in the Black Matters Bike Competition it will be choice anyway! haha.I will just have to browse other peoples bikes before I can decide on anything. LukasMcNeal
Im 6ft 2 and I ride mod, long frames are alot better though around 1025-45. Short frame are horrid I rode my mates silver sky (900) and its just disgusting!
Al_Fel
Why did you blank your face out?Anyway if it feels good stick with it. If not there's a few things you can do to make it feel bigger. The main thing is changing your stem for a taller and longer one. Then obviously if that's not enough you can stick riser bars on there with some decent rise on them.
315r
Doesn't matter if you are tall or short to change for 26 bikes...it's just question of feelings riding 26 bikes or 20.For example, Dany Comas is very tall, and look how he rides.......Look this video...http://tartybikes.co.uk/media.php?group=guides&id=8In other hand, your face looks strange..... Na actualy I looked like a clown in the photo.Having to upgrade parts is annoying for me because Im not the richest bloke out there. But I will try some stuff, thanks. How do you measure the stem?I rode a montey Kamel and it had a much larger stem and rise bars, so I will definatly be looking into that! JT!
There's something very wrong with that photo, it looks like the bike is tiny. Or you look over 7 ft.

JT!
Maybe it's been taken with a camera phone? They have a habit of having a fisheye effect.I'm 5'11' and ride the same frame.
