Black Matter Bikes is a new bike parts company that is hoping to specialise in trials bike parts from mod to 24" to stock.

In order to start our company we require details on our target market and this is where you come in. If we are successful we will pick 5 contributing members from this post at random for a free Custom built frame. Completely custom geometry. Mod, Stock or 24".

To qualify simply fill out this poll and then place a post in the thread to confirm your entry so we have a way of getting hold of you if you win.

In order to cater for members who have not been verified we have another post in the new members chat forum HERE. Winners will be picked out the entries from both and contact details will discussed and then we will get to work.

Edit:

Just to clear things up about opinions about whether the hub would be reliable or not.

I can assure you we have not sacrificed reliability for function.

It is the approach we have taken to the design which allows us to use space more effectively.

The question is not whether you think it will be reliable or not.

It would be appreciated if answers are simply if a hub of quality with those credentials would be something you would be interested in.

Thanks.

I voted in both :$

Some interesting ideas dude, the hub could be awesome if it's made properly and is reliable, but to be honest i'd be more inclined to go for a king when it come to building a bike back up.

Guessing the chain thing would involve a dropped stay? Unless you have some mental ideas.

Look forward to seeing what happens! :)

Yours, had to get rid of the bike and would love a new frame and hub to test...

I voted against the tgs 24"....24" in my eyes was all about being able to do a bit of everything..

But then I've never ridden a tgs 24..

hmm

+1

i presume the stay disconnects somehow using a hinge type thing ? if it is , dont , sounds like a bad idea that will evidently hurt a lot of people from frames snapping ..

Not quite sure what you're getting at, but if it's a "no, the dropouts aren't gonna be open you mong" i didn't mean it like that, i mean when the chainstays below the chain, like the old Onza proto's.
