Gary W
Hi GuysI'm one of the team that runs SCEC (the Southern Counties Enduro Club) in Dorset. We run Enduro style Hare & Hounds in and around Dorset and, in order to protect the land from excessive damage at some of our more sensitive venues, we sometimes specify the use of TRIALS tyres. Anyway the point of the post is that the lads don't really want or need a new tyre - they just want something with a bit of life left in it (that is to say some tread depth) and I know that many of you will chuck the tyre once he edge has gone. A tyre with a worn edge may be no good for trials but as long as it's got some tread depth it's fine enough for club level racers so if your in our neck of the woods rather than chuck your old tyres in the skip I thought you might rather get a bit of cash for them. I would have thought a Michelin or Pirelli with good tread depth would be worth £15 or £20 to some of our lads so it's worth doing.Let me know what you thinkMany thanks & all the bestGary
