george_seamons
I think the older you get, the worse it gets, until you have children of your own. This year is my neice's first Christmas, so hopefully that will spark a bit of life into it!
N.Wood
I'd say you either got to be a right miserable b*****d or have 'personal reasons' to indefinately not like christmas.

RobinJI
Christmas is okay, but it definitely shouldn't start in October.Pretty much spot on. While the day its self is good, it does somehow manage to ruin the whole of december.

MadManMike
I loved it as a kid, gradually as you get older the appeal wears off.I still enjoy the time off work, the binge eating and drinking, but overall Christmas isn't what it was as a child. JDâ„¢
I love 24th December to 26th. That's Christmas. It's all the ads, conversations and decorations before and after that f**k me off... All forgotten on the day though.EDIT: As someone who doesn't live with his rents, it's really nice to have that family time too Edited November 15, 2009 by JDâ„¢

Rich Pearson
The last few Christmas's except for the most recent ('08) have been utterly shite and thats kind of conditioned me to feel pretty nonplussed by it, however last year I spent Xmas with someone else's family and it was awesome So I really don't know. I have NO idea what I'm doing this year yet.

1a2bcio8
Like other social events, such as the birthday, I struggle to not recognise it as something we arbitrarily make up and consequently I don't really relate to it. I guess I prefer to consider the world in a different way whereby life in general is special rather than particular days. Additionally, I feel that in the sense that Christmas is a construct, to get into it would require a type of acting. Although, in general, life is seeming more and more like an act of sorts. No doubt I shall recieve flak for this view. However, I will admit to enjoying the Christmas eve drinks with all my school mates back at the same time. And of course, the fact that Christmas is so immersed in commercialism does make it even more undesirable. Max Quinn
I love it. Just one of the few times my family ever spends more then half an hour all together in the same room. Not to mention it's an excuse to get drunk in the day, watch shit movies an eat till you think you're gonna explode.Plus the fact that it generally means empty streets which lend themselves well to riding/painting/all sorts of illegal activities. Oh an Christmas eve at one of my local pub/bars is always immense.

All the people that I know who have moved away or are at uni are back and the pub has a great atmosphere.I don't really like Christmas, I guess its cool to get all the family together but its just the same old thing year after year. Hendrix
When I was younger I use to love the whole Christmas experience, the presents, the food and the feeling. How ever, now getting older I don't want the presents. I just want my friends and family having a good time, enjoying nice food and watching seasonal stuff on TV.
