Skoze
Hey man, i ran my HD King (one with the fun bolts) in my Leeson 609, all it needs is the dropout drilling out to be flush withe the hole in the bottom of the insert, i used a big ass pillar drill thingy at my dad's place. Easy job, took all of 10 minutes and is fine. Did it on my 660 too, actually.
FINDUS
buy an axle off tarty http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?pr...;category_id=22I looked at that,I already have the uprated axel! It came with the fun bolts as standard.I think what i need is the thred size like the fun bolt but hollow and to have a tread inside to make it 10mm..my only other option is to try and get a long rod that is 12mm thick and 145mm lenght and put it right through the hub and use my tap and dye to bring just the ends down to 10mm. eg 135mm threaded to 12mm and 5mm either end cut to 10mm so it will slot into my frame. theN good old nut and bolt finish.Does that make any sense?? the link below will show pics of the 360 dropout.. http://www.leesonbikes.co.uk/609.htmlHey man, i ran my HD King (one with the fun bolts) in my Leeson 609, all it needs is the dropout drilling out to be flush withe the hole in the bottom of the insert, i used a big ass pillar drill thingy at my dad's place. Skoze
Yeah sure dude, i'll get you some tomorrow when there's some decent light Don't have the hub or bolts anymore though, swapped them for a bike yesterday - i made some bolts up too to work with the inserts (effectively using the inserts as washers) but i'm sure it'll work exactly the same with standard bolts, they were exactly the same dimensions.
