Need Help On Buying My First Trails Bike!

I really like to trail however I am confused!

I have a maximum budget of £225 and need to buy a trails bike soon

Any links, tips, pictures will be great

I know I can't get a new trails bike so used is fine, i don't mind scratches or small dents depending on the bike

First thing you need to decide is whether you want a mod or a stock (20" wheels vs 26" wheels) the decision is usually made by what you've been riding previously. (BMX'ers end up with mods, and MTBers usually end up with stocks).

I would prefer a 20" bike simply because i have been riding BMX's in the past and I just find 20" easier to trail on

I have had a look on Ebay and other websites including this one and I have found 1 trails bike

looks like a nice bike, and decent value so long as not too many bid on it.

But you if you can hold back for a week or two just scowering ebay you might get a real bargain on a used mod

I have tried eBay but I am not good enough to tell what's good and what's not so can anyone have a little look on eBay for me, I have got a max budget on £230

A second hand Onza usually fits the bill anyway, no point spending tons on a new bike to find out you don't like riding it
