Nic84echo
Just a quick snap of my Echo Team. I've spent the past month or so rebuilding it (she was a second hand 'bargain', that needed just about everything stripped, serviced and/or replaced! Which I have now done). A couple of small area's still need some cosmetic attention, but it's a lovely ride Feel free to pass judgement!I'll post more pics as I continue to make changes.Spec at the mo is:Frame - Echo Team '07Bashplate - Echo LiteFork - Echo LiteHeadset - Cane Crap (have promised myself something much better, and soon)Wheels - V!Z rims and hubs all roundTyres - Monty Eagle Claw all roundBB - Echo TRCranks - Echo 7075Freewheel - WI ENOSprocket - Trialtech, Gearing - 18/12Front Brake - Magura HS33Rear Brake - Echo TRStem - Trialtech Sport ForgedBars - ZOO! Nic84echo
I think it's the long actually, wheelbase is a tad over 1040. Lovely to ride. And light too.

ginger allen echo
Teams are one of the nicest frames ever to ride! What wheelbase is it? long or short?
Nic84echo
It's the long, and yes it's very nice to ride. Haven't found a riding situation yet where I wasn't entirely comfortable on that bike, it just suits me right down to the ground.
ginger allen echo
get an echo team stem, and the bike will ride so much nicer!
Nic84echo
Never seen a specific team stem, didn't even know there was one. I had a look at the Echo SL stem, looked amazing, all CNC'd wonderfulness, perhaps when I'm feeling minted!

Nic84echo
That looks well oldskool! Whats the geo on that, long 'n low just like the current sl? Hard for me to justify changing from that Trialtech sport though.Nice bike man in from montrose im home crimbo mabey meet up for a ride.Cheers min, 'fraid I'm actually gonna be headin home to see the 'rental units at xmas, so I'll be hittin' Holywood seafront with the shiny new toy. You can always let me know if and when ur about, and I might be able to get some of the boys to come on a wee road trip for a ride down in Montrose, you must have some decent spots, you're on the seafront after all.
