Sam Moss
They are very good but just take them off when you rebleed.
hdmackay
They are very good but just take them off when you rebleed. Why? I say keep them on, because the more you take CNC backings on and off the harder they are to get back on I find. Maybe it's just me. LolBut yeah, definatelly worth the extra money man. Better lever feel, better brake performance, Cheaper in the long run, less play, and they won't snap on you like plastic backings sometimes do.ONLY disadvantage is that after a long time they sometimes snap your piston. I've seen it happen to two of my mates.
Echo-Scott
Ive snapped sooo many pairs of plastic backings its unbelieveable. I thought they would be good but i went through litrilly 5 sets of backings in under a week. Lucky i wasnt doing anything dodgy on a rail to be honest. Or i might not have a face just now. So i run Heatsink backings front and back now.And yes, Ive snapped one piston before. But one piston snap is surely better than snapping plastics on a daily basis(For me).
