I've seen on the internet to automatic transmission fluid type F, or disc brake shimano mineral oil. I really don't want water as its never interested me, Whats people using? But no there has to be some nob who tries to be funny!!Back on topic - Mate i use water rather than any kind of oil because i find it reacts quicker than oil, so there for you get a better bite and it feels alot better at the leaver too!.
