ogre Posted November 2, 2009 Report Share Posted November 2, 2009 only freehubs worth buying are Pro 2s or chris kings otherwise you want to buy a fixed threaded hub like this and put a decent freewheel ideally one of these but these are cheaper a decent freehub or freewheel is a solid investment cheaper hubs have less engagements and are more prone to skipping (not good) but as you spend more you get a faster pickup because of the extra engagments and they;re much less likely to fail due to the quality. And i think the only ones Tarty have are the mod ones not the ones for stock.If you get the TR hub you will need a freewheel too. I would recommend an Echo SL.
