Nacho :D
Hi,I currently have 2 mods at the moment and was wanting to change to a stock ,Is it too much of a leap in wheel size ?I dont really want to use 24" because there too streety .I would like to know what stock represents the same feeling of a zoo lynx geo.I have been riding for quite a long time now on mod and i need a change. Do you have any suggestions ?Thank you,Nacho:D
meony
Hi Nacho, my name is Iain and I have been riding biketrials for 13 years give or take on both 20 and 26.To answer your question, it comes down to preferance really,A 20 inch is always going to be more responsiveand flicky to ride but it lacks reach and is harder to flow on and front end moves can be difficult.26 inch is a bigger bike to lug about but is much more stable, plus becuase the wheel diameter is greaterit fares better on thin stuff like rails and pointy things. I decided to keep one of each because I belive if you can you shouln't deny yourself any riding fun. Hope this is of some help, Meony
Nacho :D
Ahh i see so would it be good if i went and tried a stock out first so i can get the feel of what its like ?Would you say going to stock would be better as it would handle terrain alot better than the mods i own ?Thanks ,Nacho:D
