Duncy H
If you have a dremel I am sure there is some type of head you could use to help you.Or if it is adonised put some caustic soda on it but be very very very careful.

MikeCottTrials
Good luck dude, the paint on that thing is tough I've tried to leave feedback but it doesn't seem to be working for me, I'll try again later

Duncy H
Nitromours doesn't remove adonised paint, and I do believe the zona's are adonised.
LukasMcNeal
Mike nitromorsed part of it and it worked sort of!
Dale-Hill
Nitromorse it +1 If not just get some sand paper and scratch the top layer of it so the paints got something to stick to (I know what I mean in my head)
King C
Nitromours doesn't remove adonised paint, and I do believe the zona's are adonised.Firstly, its anodised not adonised.Secondly, there is no such thing as anodised paint. Its either anodised or painted. Not both.Lastly, Zona zips are painted. You can tell by the surface finish and the fact Ive stripped the paint off one before.EDIT: Sorry if that sounded harsh. Lawnmowerman
Wire wool will get that off. Get a pack with different grades and work from the roughest to the smoothest, should polish it up nicely.
LukasMcNeal
I didnt think they were anodised as my tpro was and is shiny but my zona was like a matt blue
Jan Tore
Why don't you sandblast it?
LukasMcNeal
Why don't you sandblast it?It would cost more than the frame !
craigjames
Nitromorse it, or just sand the surface down to key it in, clean it all down, prime it if you fancy and then lots of thin layers of paint in a nice warm/dry dust free environment
