MadManMike
Looking for a fairly good, but cheap LCD. I'm not too fussed about the highest resolutions as I'll not be using HD on it anyway, it'll be for PC and the built-in Freeview.I'd rather stick to Samsung, LG etc... rather than the random brands that places like Tesco's knock out.Is there any ridiculously good deals floating around at the moment? I've found a Samsung for about £350, site doesn't say if it's in stock though. I used to sell LCD's / Plasma's in the hifi shop I worked in but prices were much higher back then (About 3-4 years ago) so I'm not really sure what I should be looking at these days.Cheers chappies and chappesses x

anzo
Check out OCUK.They deal in computer parts but stock TVs/Monitors too, some usually cheap prices.Monitors/TV are usually all manufactured by the same company and then sold on for various branding...so the quality of a £200 monitor can sometimes match that of a £300 - although probably not so much the case these days.Beware though, with cheapness comes the Grade 'B' quality...often resulting in missing pixels. From a distance you probably won't really notice, but I had one on my old monitor, a constant tiny yellow spec smack in the middle of the screen, but I learnt to live with that
