i'm not sure if these are correct, but i always like to try and stretch my wrists out a lot as i seem to injure them quite frequently. I would also try and stretch your calf muscles and thighs. Havent really hurt anything other than wrists from riding so far, and i never stretch.

Just stretch everything. Other than your head and stuff. 'Cause of the 'explosivity' of trials, you often aren't using your muscles much and then BOOM, you use it full power straight away, so make sure everythin is warmed up. Do the exercises like they make you do at school before PE and rugby and stuff, the teachers know what they're doing.
