Spektrum Posted October 15, 2009 Report Share Posted October 15, 2009 i'm not sure if these are correct, but i always like to try and stretch my wrists out a lot as i seem to injure them quite frequently. I would also try and stretch your calf muscles and thighs. Havent really hurt anything other than wrists from riding so far, and i never stretch. 'Cause of the 'explosivity' of trials, you often aren't using your muscles much and then BOOM, you use it full power straight away, so make sure everythin is warmed up.
