*Koxx hydroxx 2 Jack * Posted October 11, 2009 Report Share Posted October 11, 2009 hi guys , just got my new frame , and the bb cup doesent want to go all the way in , the bb is tight but the cup hanging out the frame by about 1cm just wondering is it safe to ride ? and if anyone else has had this problem .i have a trialtech square taper bb , and an 07 python frame .. that should be all you need to know .ive tryed leaning on it with an 18 inch pole but it wont moove anymore any help would be much obliged ,jack Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Muel Posted October 11, 2009 Report Share Posted October 11, 2009 i gathered that lol , but if its to far out , surley i dont need to space it out even more , im starting to think theres a rough piece of thread near the end now..You put it in the other side, so the main section of the BB (normally mounts into the drive side), pop a spacer on there, before you put the cup in the other side.I wouldn't use an 18" bar on it either, that's just asking for it to strip, they're only a fine thread you know....
