Mikey-uk
Seeing as my last thread failed im going to ask this time about the BB itself - Not the frame.Left crank keeps coming loose and BB is loose in frame. It's on a 20" Echo Team 05-06 frame and i'm unsure of the size to buy from tarty. Bikes booked in the bike shop to have a Marta Lever Blade fitted and so i need this BB by weds.Any idea's? Adam-Griffin
I ran a 127.5/128mm on Mine with no issues as far as slave clearance goes I'd go with an Echo Vp 68mm 127.5, shouldn't have any issues with crank clearance either. I'd confirm it with tarty just to be sure mind One of these Having looked all 3 seem to be exactly the same Bottom bracket just with a different brand on it so any should be good.Only recomending the Echo as mine served me well for the best part of 3 years Still going now as far as I'm aware
MikeCottTrials
If I where you I'd switch to ISIS. Square taper just doesn't seem to be up to the job if you ask me
Mikey-uk
I'm not willing to buy a cheap ISIS bb nor do i have the money to get a decent ISIS bb + cranks.Ordered 127.5mm Echo Sqaure. Only now just realised that its the BB axle length and not the bikes. I'm fairly new to trials and still learning ;D
Adam-Griffin
I don't think isis is all that much better, especially not when learning. I'd stick to Sq until you need to upgrade.Edit: My opinion, obviously... Edited October 8, 2009 by Adam-Griffin
