Hannah Shucksmith
Yooo, Right, bought a laptop from an Ebay shop (Seller was on 100% or whatever), I've started it up everything was okay, attempted to log in, it began logging in and the weeeee blue screen popped up saying that Windows had encountered a fatal error and needed to shut down. I've fished through Windows support and done everything it's said, but it's still not working? Messaged the seller and owt, just wondered if anyone else knew what's up with it? anzo
When you get the BSOD, you should get an error reference like so:***STOP: 0x000001 (blah blah blah)Make a note and post it up here as it'll help find the problem. These are usually hardware issues, faulty/incorrect RAM for example, or installation of corrupt drivers.
