Sam Moss
Id hate to wear one while i was riding but its up to you. It is safer with a mouth guard and il be sorry if i smash my teeth.

Revolver
Well, if you're on about more of an external thing, there is a helmet you can get through CRC that has a removeable bit that defends your chin.
Simpson
Loads of local BMX'er kids wear them round here, and a know a couple of people who have f**ked up there teeth through fork snappage. But... you look like a tool. So dont bother.

Just buy a normal rugby gum shield, put it in boiling water, put in mouth and bite, hey presto. £47 saved.
