I can't beleive you are saying that, you started an argument last time I rode london with you about the weight of someones inspired and started saying how you love your lighter parts as it makes it so much easier to ride.

Yea but I'm never going to lose a fundamental part of the bike aka. a saddle, in my quest for a lighter bike.

You aint seen my new saddle pal :P, and that was cos i like shiney things! :P

You were quoting weight for the reason you got rid of your front brake!

You really are a bellen... you think i would lose a front brake for weight, thats my joke come back, instead of explaining i couldnt be assed setting up my disk.

As for the weight thing my old t-rex with a seat weighs the same as my Limey without one, plus I agree that heavier bikes are not neccesarily worse.

Last week I rode a ancient monty x-lite with a seat and could do more fun stuff on that than on my old echo. ie, spins, bunnyhops and could sidehop a wall higher than what i could do on the echo. Seats arent bad there great apart from when your feet slip of cheap pedals (that hurts the children) but all in all they are there for a reason. You wouldnt expect to see a downhill bike without a seat. But yeah for modern trials, seats are kinda pointless.
