Tim
Did a quick search but didn't find anything.I've been out of trials for about 2/3 years now. As you can can probably tell from my account. BUT any one know if Clive is still building the 609? I'd love to own one again, and regret selling my old beast! Steve-A
AFAIK Clive is no longer building frames. With Kris' interest waning and both of their interest in cars increasing I believe he's making parts for track cars.Thats said if you had an old frame that needed repair I'm sure he'd sort you out. LiamWood!
You can go on the Marino website and build your own frame with custom geo, so you could basically make a 609 frame but with a marino sticker?
Skoze
Nope, as Steve said it's only little repairs and stuff now (God bless the after-care!!!) No more frames

Skoze
You can't really compare a Marino to a Leeson Then again, the newer ones are starting to look pretty good...
CurtisRider
All they will do is look good until they decide to use a decent metal! Such a shame he isnt, as he could really grab a few more people to buy his things
Canardweb
So what is this? http://www.leesonbikes.co.uk/609.html Is the site still online but can no one take care of it or something?

Paul@Deltabikes
I was informed last week that Clive is still doing frames so it might be worth giving him a call to see.
Skoze
I was informed last week that Clive is still doing frames so it might be worth giving him a call to see.I know he's building a 609 for Joe at the moment, but that's a one-off as far as i'm aware. If he is back open for business to everyone, though, i can see myself losing some hard earned very soon...I'm posting in this thread way too much
Trials Punk
Just freshened up my 609. Was gutted he didn't carry on, especially with the twin disk 24" he was doing, with the ecentric BB.Be nice if he started making frames again. I'm going to have a crack at the internal tubing that was done on the twin disk at some point. Make it look nice and neat.
