marcus heath Posted September 15, 2009 Report Share Posted September 15, 2009 hi i ve got a problem ,ive just got a new onza ice frame i fitted everthing but ive got a hs33 magura from the magura web page and the pads are to far away from the rim and there touching the tyre do i need a new hs33 brake,does anyone why its like that ?thanks. lewiswolsey2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Report Share Posted September 15, 2009 by the sounds of things you just have them set up wrong, try undoing the clamp a little and angling the cylinder so it hits the rim when pulled. if the pads not touching the rim try moving the cylinder forwad in the clamp a bit as well or unwind your tpa. Could you possibly take a link out of your chain? That would allow the wheel to sit further into the dropouts and the wheel will be more towards the bike.
