Brake Help

Need some help with setting up my HS33's, i have so many different type of mounts and bolts and i can never seem to get them set up right.

I had them set up for ages but they just seemed to keep slipping.

I am running them on v mounts at the moment because i cant really see how i am meant to set them up without them.

Could someone just give me a bit of advice please.

just tighten them up so hard its hard to move the allen key

Ive done that lol, I don't really know how to explain what i mean to be honest mate. Just tried messing with them again and the plastic washer that goes around the cylinder seems to make the clamps impossible to tighten, one of the bolts doesn't reach the bottom clamp

Sorry if this doesn't make sense, it's just doing my nut in lol.

You have the magura eno mounts on? :S

I have a few different clamp's. They look like the standard evo mounts but im not sure.

They seem a tad different though. Like the bottom mount has a funny end on it which fits into my brake booster but then seems to have knowhere to go (sorry that was poorly explained.)

I am using them on V mounts because it doesnt look like i have a bolt long enough to bolt the clamp down. :(

I would try changing the plastic washers that go around the slave cylinders, this might just solve your problem.

If they are original 4bolt magura clamps you could always try filing the little tab bits off from the top half of each clamp,this will allow them to clamp down more,i had this problem then after i done that they have never slipped again,try it and let me know how it goes

This sounds spot on mate. Sorry everyone for the lack of pictures was just a quick topic to see if anyone had any quick fixes.
