seaine
HiDoes anyone know a way to make a normal rear hub into a fixed hub.Do you weld it or can you just put something in there to stop it moving.Any diagrams would be very helpful thanks

ginger allen echo
A mate of mine had an old mission freehub and he wanted it fixed liek you do. He took one of the spokes out and put a woodscrew through the spoke hole to stop the cassette from going round.
ashleysmith
I have a spare fixed sprocket kicking around if you want it (assuming that its got a normal freewheel and not a cassette) and as I will give to you its not selling (therefore getting around the forum rules lol)

Alex Dark
when i had a mission freehub...i took the freehub apart, and took out the bearing preload rings ( the things that stop the outer bearing race crushing the bearings. I then tightened this up so the freehub couldn't freewheel at all, thus turning it into a fixed hub.
